need help, post pct

I ran a cycle of test prop 100mg eod and tren ace 100mg eod for about 10 weeks which ended may 1.. I then did a 10 day blast of hcg 500ui's eod followed by 100/50/50/50 clomid 40/20/20/20 nolva and all that ended mid june...

The wife wants kids and we have been going to a fertility clinic, i got a sperm analysis done yesterday and came back with NO swimmers... I'm pretty shocked since it's been a while now and unsure of what to do next..

my cycle before this one went fine with bloods and sperm tests coming back normal..

The doc wants me back in to test my sperm again in 1 month, then he will refer me to an endo which could take 3 months to get in... I'm really worried this time and not sure why i have zero swimmers, 3 months past pct?

since im getting tested again in 1 month, should i try and do a restart or just give it some more time? the wife is pretty upset with all of this and im really worried also..

TSH 2.88 ref 0.30-5.60

FSH SERUM <0.2 ref 1.3-19.3

TESTOSTERONE 8.7 ref 6.0-27.0

FREE TESTOSTERONE 42.9 ref 15.6-146

ESTRADIOL 138 ref 0-172

PROLACTIN 7.1 ref 2.6-13.1


I will be getting a copy of my baseline results tomorrow.... looks like my test is still a bit low and estrogen stilll a bit high but FSH in the gutter?

any advice/ help would be much appreciated!!

You took HCG for PCT? You do know hcg suppresses natural test levels right? So basically the hcg and clomid were fighting each other.

Yes I blasted HCG at the end before pct, not the best way I know..

Should I just keep waiting it out? Is it normal for fsh to come last? Maybe some hcg or hmg followed by clomid/nolva again for a month?

How long ago did you finish pct?

Finished PCT about mid June, so it's been about 3 months since pct.. Not sure if I should wait some more?

I get tested again in a month, will wait and see what happens.. I feel good and don't really notice anything then a little estro sides, sensitive nips every now and then

give it 4 weeks or so if no change then i would run some HMG followed by some clomid but I would think Dr might have some ideas of his own that may very well include these.
