Confused on dosages

First time actually doing a cycle right and getting ready for a pct. but I can't for the life of my figure out how much to draw into the oral syringe. Got pct and oral syringe from ar-r

Clomid 75/50/50/50

Nolvadex 40/20/20/20

Tomoxifen is 50ml of 20mg/ml

Clomid is 70ml of 35mg/ml

Ok. How's that translate into the 1cc/ml oral syringe they give us with the order?

I would just run it in a way that's easy to measure Clomid at 70/70/35/35 nolvadex 50/50/25/25

So a full oral syringe would be 1ml? Which would be 35 and 20mgs do each?

if the Clomi is dosed at 35mg/ml then 2cc's equal 70 mg and the tamox looks like I read it wrong so 20 mg/ml do 2cc's for 40 mg instead of the 50 I said earlier
