Ever since the first week of PCT(week 3 now) I have noticed that my lower back/core doesn't feel as "sturdy" as it used to be. The best way I can describe it is that "loose" feeling in your lower back after a few heavy sets on deadlifts, however, this occurs before I even do any reps. It doesn't feel as tight as it used to be and I notice it even on my lightest warm ups. On squats I nearly fall forward every rep because I feel weak and off balanced at the bottom. This is not just on heavy sets but on all warm ups as well.
Any ideas what could be causing this? I highly doubt its an injury, its not painful and started as soon as I came off... Its as if some cartilidge is magically missing from the bottom of my spine and stabilizers are all out of whack
