6 months, what do i pct?
so pretty much i went to my endocrinologist when i was 19, i came to him due to my penis size. i was 4.7 inches when he measured. he told me that he usually waits till patients are in between 17-22 to prescribe testosterone cause he wants to wait and see what they look like right before puberty is done. i came right on time at the age of 19.
he told me to leave it alone and not measure it until the end of the 6 months. just finished the 6 month cycle and i am at 5.5-.6 inches now in length! which is great cause I'm pretty much dead on average. he told me to keep on going another 6 months since this is the last shot at my junk growing forever.
now for you guys thinking what he prescribed, he gave me 200mg shot a month for 6 months. i don't know exactly which test it was but i can call the pharmacy to see.
my question is should i be taking anything with it? i haven't noticed gyno at all only thing is i feel like my hormones have changed and slight depression.
thanks

hes an endocrinologist, and yes during puberty testosterone levels are a factor of male organ development, i.e higher levels promote more growth. he's specialized in this area, pediatrician endocrinologist.
its 1 shot a month for 6 months and since he saw that there was improvements he told me to do it for another 6 months.
hes prescribed to a good amount of patients, but he told me nothing about pct or anything like that
my question is should i be taking anything with it?

No test boosters are junk. How long have you been on this once a month protocol?

I would call troll except I know there are a lot of quack Endos out there. It seems the only ones who know jack about hormones are either younger fertility doctors or the newer hormone/TRT clinics.
Keep doing injections 1x a month and your next prescription will be for anti depressants because of your mood swings.
Are are much more likely to develop gyno doing 1 injection a month than 1x a week using 1/4 the amount of testosterone due to estrogen spikes. The lower dose and more frequent will keep your test more level and less chance of E2.
Honestly though, I think your doctor is also a quack for giving you test to make your junk bigger. More than likely the only reason its grown is due to normal growth spurt at your age. Have you lost any weight, especially in your stomach? That will also make you appear bigger.
Honestly I have a hard time thinking this is a good idea and believe there is going to be more harm than good in the long run.
Do you know what they call a med student who graduates dead last in his class? Dr.
They are not all created equally. That's why it's best to always self educate before going to see one. Dont self medicate, only educate.Last edited by lovbyts; 01-06-2015 at 04:19 PM.

He completed his three-year pediatric residency at Wayne State University Children’s Hospital of Michigan and became a fellow in Pediatric Endocrinology and Metabolism at Harvard Medical School’s Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. ***** was appointed instructor in Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School at Massachusetts General where he taught for 20 years, receiving the Best Teacher Award on various occasions.
he seems to be a good doctor cause he has prescribed to a good donut of patients, he says he prescribes between 1-2 patients a months

When was the last time he went to school? See his OLD old school so he is far behind the times. Would you take a new Ferrari to a mechanic who mainly works on old muscle cars? No you want a specialist who is current with the times. Trust me, in our TRT section we deal with patients and doctors like your almost daily. 1x a month is TERRIBLE and you have verified it by your symptoms.
I would find another doctor. Someone young, either a hormone clinic or fertility doctor but either way not some old fart.
You have had 6 shots over 6 months. If you want to get back to normal you have 2 choices. Either just stop cold turkey and hope your test levels go back to normal. If not you can run a typical PCT of clomid and nolvadex to help get it back to normal.

my test levels before were actually normal when i started this whole thing. i told him like a month ago that i felt my hormones have changed and i feel depressed so he said 1 month after my last shot to go in and get my blood work done
the referal note for the bloodwork says honogonadiom 253.2 LH FSH and Testosterone
i think I'm gonna stop taking this 1 shot a month thing now.
I'm going to go get my blood work done tomorrow, it will be about 1 month and 10 days since the last shot so well see were my levels are at, and also ill ask them for my lab results before i started taking my shots.
and lets say my levels are below and i start taking the PCT of climid and nolvadex , how long is it and is it pills?

Your blood work will be whacked but still not a bad idea just so you know where you are at. Get it done again in about another 4-6 week and make sure to test your free Testosterone and Estradiol Sensitive test.
PCT Nolva 40/40/20/20 clomid 100/50/50/50

I had a doctor do the same shit to me at the age 23.. She put me on 150mg of test e every 3 weeks.. I did it for two months then I knew that something wasn't right. And I started researching I found out about the peaks and lows of the test. I got my blood work back and my test score was at a 15!! So I found a new doctor. He put me on 25mg clomid for 3 months and my scores came back in the 600 range.. Good luck brother.. BTW find a new doctor..

your penis has a determined set length at birth. Taking testosterone , even huge amount will not increase it's size, perhaps the rate at which it develops. If this was the case all the bodybuilders would be walking around with a 3rd leg, as most started taking gear at the 17-22 age you decribed.
You should be injecting at the very least every 10 days if not once a week. Testosterone Cypionate has a 5-7 day half life, meaning after a week your levels fall and by the time of your next injections every month you'll be lower then when you started.
You should get off now , run a PCT and enjoy your life with normal hormones. Your penis will develop fully, give it time. 19 is young , especially if you're a late bloomer.

I wouldn't drink until my test levels were back to normal. alcohol suppresses testosterone production

I guess we all learn something new everyday: Test does help increase size before puberty ends. Apparently the earlier, the better.

He is still retarded for not putting you on PCT unless we aren't getting the full story here.
