Puffy nipples/gyno?

A year ago i made my first cycle - oral winstrol 50mg only for a month (i'm stupid i know... i had to do a better research) and since then i had puffy nipples. I'm not sure if it's gyno or not, but my question is: will nolva, letro or anything help me out? It's been more than a year and i can't afford surgery. Please help.

if you are going to try and take something to combat old gyno Ralox would be the best choice

I've got a lump behind one of my nipples that is kinda painful it varies in size and is always worse while I'm on. Could this by gyno and if so what should I do for this ?
