I need advice on a messed up situation

So I won't go in detail about it but I posted my situation on another thread
Long story short I took 250mg of sus and 250mg of deca today but there's a possibility I may not end up going through with the poor judgement I made on my first cycle and of personal reasons. What kind on pct cycle would you recommend if any at all..
I have posted on other threads but only to try and get as much info as I can on this problem

If it's just one shot each you may be ok without any pct. At most a few days of nolva and your fine!

Im having 2nd thoughts myself, i mean it seems like a pain in the azz to come off, im already pretty big. you look like a complete moron because everyone knows you're only getting big from juice, it takes 5 weeks to even be noticeable then all the sudden you blow up like balloon. ect ect... I didn't really think it through as usual.
