The big question
Hey all - Just 5 days into my PCT and losing gains already I was considering 20mg of dbol to maintain gains a little?
Just come off a 12 week tren and test prop cycle - of course I dont want to lose what Ive worked so hard for but I realise I need to remain sensible. Would anyone have any thoughts or advice on this?

Thanks for the swift response - I am running 4 weeks of clomid and nolvadex - nutrition is where I am struggling maybe.

You need to keep your calories where they were on cycle throughout pct and be careful not to overtrain in the gym.

Thanks Buster - I just read that I should increase my calories? nd by overtrain do you mean go less or train at less than 100% when there?

You need to alter your routine during PCT to provide the shock necessary to keep your muscles growing. Same thing you would do if you were natty and stalling on gainz

Look good! Watch the diet and maintain the calories. Your PCT looks good.
