training intensity during pct
hello im starting my first pct and im wondering what training style is recommended during a pct? iv tired to research and iv seen some post recommending heavy reps wih long rest intervals, what do yoh guys think? how much volume and intensity is typically recommended during pct?

Stick to your compound movement train intense and short. Get your training done in 45 minutes or less 3 days EW

A good rule of thumb is cut the volume back to 80% and your Max lifts to 80%.
