19 nor pct any different?

hi guys.

i want to do a cycle of test and deca (second one) in 45 days from now, i don't get into details cuz it's not planned out yet.(cycle example : test 500mg 12 weeks+deca 300mg 10 weeks+ ai (letro e3d 0.5mg + hcg 250iu e3d 12 weeks)
anyway, is a 19 nor steroid included cycle any different than non 19nors?

to me a regular pct is : nolva 40/20/20/20 and clomid 100/50/50/50.

i read somewhere to extend the use of nolva??

that pct is fine but i would add hcg and an ai on cycle

The PCT is good. But I would use an AI during the cycle.

There is nothing wrong with running Nov for a 5 th week especially if you feel its beneficial to your recovery and 4 weeks isn't quite enough.

oh i forgot to mention them, i used hcg and ai during the last one and i recoverd very well.

how about clomid? extend that too? would be beneficial? i read that deca would remain in the system for so long that's why i'm worried. so there is not any special pct for deca?

Add on your doses of hcg the ai you are using and the dose

p.s cuz there is deca i would run caber e3d at 0.25mg
