    Pct

I've never done a PCT. Never new I had to. Have never had any problems. What's the true reason behind it?

get a full hormone panel and a CBC. It's important to monitor your hematocrit level. You want it at or below 50

PCT is post cycle therapy . You've been on a perpetual cycle for 18 months. Thus you haven't needed PCT. At 49 you may need to get on TRT anyways (I'm 44). What bio said too. Start there, although if you're on AAS when you get a hormone panel you won't know what level your natural HP axis is operating at. You'd have to come off and recover for about 6 months to get a baseline.

I would add a metabolic panel to the CBC and hormone. See what your liver and kidneys are doing. It would also be prudent to check your cholesterol. I ran tren for only a few months last year and it raised my LDL by > 150 points while my HDL went from a baseline of around 60 to 8. That's not a typo. It was 8. My doctor had never seen HDL that low in an otherwise healthy patient.

I would guess based on what you posted as to compounds and length of time that your hematocrit is around 55.

P.S. After I ran that tren /test cycle I have been clean since 11/2013. I get blood tests every 6 months. My last one was 3 weeks ago. LDL is now 141, HDL 86. I'm convinced based on my numbers before and after the tren cycle, and what I know about the effects of tren on organs, that the tren is responsible. Hematocrit was 53, now 47.

Thank you guys for the advise on this subject will keep you updated when I get my results back. So I do assume from my original question it is done toke sure your blood and organs are ok. However. I am told many men in my age group can stay on GH and Test for life any info on that?

those questions would be better answered in the hormone replacement therapy section and I wouldn't go that rout unless you find it's medically needed
