HELP! e2 in PCT (gyno)

Hey,

First cycle. 500mg/w test enanth.
Ran 10.5 weeks (had to stop a little early).
Ldex used as an ai.
20mgs nova after mid cycle gyro flare up.

Started pct 5 days ago (14 days after last pin).

My PCT is as follows:

Nolva 40/20/20/20
Clomid 75/50/50/50

During my cycle i had a gyno flare up and took nolva to combat it.
The lump disappeared and my nipples returned to normal.

Now in PCT my nipples have puffed back up and the lump is coming back.
What should i do???

Some people have recommended dosing stane throughout pct to lower e2.
I can't get bloods as i live in Australia...

Please... any mods have an idea what to do?
