    AI question-Aromasin 12.5 or 25mg

    I just started a 12 week, 500mg test E only cycle. I'm not sure if I should start with 25mg ed or start at 12.5mg ed and see how it goes. I've read all the articles on Aromasin , but I'm still not sure what direction I want to go. I'm 34. This is my first cycle. 6'3 205 13% bf. Thoughts??

    12.5 mg Ed is a good starting point and adjust from there if needed. Are you running an ai and hcg ?

    Yes, I'm running hcg 250 I.U., twice a week

    Thanks! I read the article about taking two 12.5mg doses per day. I'll give the 12.5mg dose at try first, and adjust as needed.

    Or you could halve the 12.5 mg dose and take it twice a day with a fat source?
