Misguided on HCG use. What are my options now...

Hey guys. Did lots of reading today about HCG use when it comes to PCT. Basically my old coach instructed me to use HCG the day my PCT started. And run nolvadex and clomid for 4 weeks at 80/60/40/20 (nolva) then 100/100/50/50 (clomid)

Basically where I'm at now is I just came off of a 1200mg/week of T400, and then 600mg/week of EQ for 18 weeks.

After 14 days I pinned 2500iu of HCG on Tuesday (his belief was to kickstart the effects of it) (march 10) and have been running 100mg clomid, and 80mg nolvadex for the last 3 days. (As per my old coach)

Since doing some more reading I have come to the realization that I have not used HCG properly.

With that being said, how can I now use HCG, clomid, and nolvadex, and in what dose, in a manor that will give me the best PCT results, even after having a screw up.

I'm the first one to say I think this guy kinda ****ed me, but I know you guys are the real pros when it comes to this shit so I wanted to run it by you all.

You're doing your PCT so do not use HCG. HCG is supressive and you're supposed to use it during the cycle.

Just stick to the nolvadex and clomid.

Dose:

Nolvadex: 4 weeks 40/40/20/20mg per day
Clomid: 4 weeks 75/50/50/25mg per day

How long did you run 1200mg test for? Then you ran eq alone for 18 weeks?

Sorry. Should have wrote that better.

I ran the test and EQ over the same time period.

Not much cycle history. Only ever ran 500-750mg per week test only cycles before.

Read these ^^^ it may explain where you went wrong with your HCG.

You should ditch your coach too, he doesn't have the knowledge to advise people safely. Can't imagine why he jumped you to 1.2g of test a week after not doing more than 750mg previously.

Run your pct like this

Clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20/20/20

You may well have a bumpy ride, good luck and get some bloodwork done 6 weeks after your last dose of nolva.
