2nd cycle PCT acne control

Very near the end of my last cycle I began breaking out pretty badly on my back and shoulders, which eventually turned into horrible back acne and a pretty good amount of scarring. Has anyone had bad acne after one cycle, but then been clear or at least much better acne-wise after another? Was my PCT the problem? Details below. Could switching from enanthate to prop from a different UGL change things? I did get a minor lump under my nipple, and did not completely adhere to PCT.

Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/25/25/25
