Pregnyl
Can you keep HCG mixed up in a syringe and if so for how long?

Yes, you can store reconstituted hcg in a syrange. The shelf life depends on what solvent was used.

I have never seen hcg packaged with bac water only sodium chloride in solution. Hcg reconstituted with sodium chloride is not meant for storage. Did you purchase the bac water separately?

Reconstituted HCG in bac water will keep for 30 days, but I've read threads where some guys have still used it a little longer. 30 days would be a safe bet, but I'm not sure if keeping a bunch of syringes in the fridge would be that practical. To each his own, but I prefer using a sanitized empty 10 ml vial to reconstitute the HCG and store in the fridge. Storing preloaded syringes could have an advantage on a day that time management is essential.

Hcg reconstituted with bac water does not go bad, it will only lose potency. Newly reconstituted hcg will keep for about a week at room temperature without losing potency. Hcg reconstituted with bac water then refrigerated will keep for 90 days without losing potency. After 90 days it will then lose about 10% potency every 30 days.

Yeh mate got the bac water separate.
I've never seen the empty 10ml vials before to buy?? Was just going to split into 4 dosages/4 syringes to last me 2 weeks. I have a separate mini fridge that I only use for my gear so out the way of kids

Thanks for the info kel. It would make everyone's life easier if all hcg came with bac water. Do you know who manufactures/packages your hcg?

Just been researching as I couldn't get hold of Bac water and needed it for today, I've read a coupe of threads about freezing the reconstituted HCG in a syringe with sterile water.
What's your thoughts please?

I love UK mate, been to chemist and needle exchanges trying to get the bac water but no success. I've searched the Internet and never come up with the proper stuff. So last resort is doing the freeze.

Dont freeze HCG , it will (partly) destroy the hormone.
HCG is fragile.
There is no bac water in any chemist or needle exchange. Most peptide websites sell it... your searching internet skills are really lacking....
