How to take PCT?

I'm starting my first PCT today and it consists of the usual Clomid 75/50/50/50 Nolva 40/20/20/20. My question is, and perhaps those more experienced can answer is, can I take both the Clomid and Nolva together? Or is it better to administer them apart?

It doesn't matter whether you take them at the same time or separately as long as you are taking both during the same sitting.

I just take both, at night , before bed.

I was thinking the same as I'm aware of the harsh sides of Clomid, but I need to start now really, as I'm 4 days post injection from a Prop cycle.
