PCT Clomid and Nolva ED Timing

I have been reading alot on here and just started posting a week or so ago. I did not see an answer to this so here goes. In the recommended PCT articles that I have read, it is suggested to take Clomid and Nolvadex ED. Does it matter when you take them each day? Should you take one in the morning and the other at night? Can you take them both at the same time?

    Thanks for any help.

You can take them both at the same time and once a day is fine. Some prefer to take them at night as they feel this helps reduce the sides they experience during the day.

It doesn't really matter when you take them or if you take them together.

Taking them both at the same time and before bed would be best in order to avoid any unwanted side effects.

Both of you guys mentioned taking before bed to avoid unwanted side effects. What kind of unwanted side effects might you experience if taken during the day?

It really varies from person to person, hot flashes, headaches, lethargy, the list goes on. Different people experience different side effects.

Alright. When you put it that way, before bed definitely sounds like a better choice.
