    First cycle. Concerned about possible estrogen rebound/gyno

    I have been reading a lot of people get high estrogen after PCT and get Gyno. I am terrified of this happening. If i Finish my PCT and gyno symptoms occur. How do I Combat them? here is my cycle

    Weeks 1-12 Test E 250mg 2x/week
    Week 1-14 Arimidex .25mg EOD
    Week 1-13.5 HCG 250iu 2x/week
    PCT Weeks 16-20: Clomid 75-75-50-50 Nolva 40-40-20-20mg ED

    Yes it's possible to get gyno after PCT but it's unlikely from elevated e2.

    Why would your e2 be high if your test is normal?

    So basically just run nolva at 20mg everyday until gyno is reversed? No A.I.?

    That's too broad of a question to answer.

    It's situational dependent.

    Basically if you developed gyno on cycle you'd still need to take an AI, and likely increase the dose, due to the exogenous test.
