i'm just here to celebrate a little. i went off in September and i've managed to hold on to my bench gainz without a doubt!
not feeling quite right in the whoopy department, but things are returning to normal. my recovery period is officially over Feb 2017!

I'm really considering a test only cycle, but i may throw in Tren . ... need self control...

i was also recently tested physically and scored higher than i ever have in 7 8yrs!

picked up 70lb on the bench and i still got it. i want to start measuring my arms and i want to study good arm routines.

nice- stats? what were you running/how long and what was your pct?

Test E, or C i think it was E because of the melt test results and Deca + some HCG here and there. 13 or 14 weeks. the whole thing was on a restricted diet too. lost an inch from my waist. now i'm eating again, but watching the waist line. PCT was something like 6 weeks. i surprised myself. today i'm going to do some legs i think because yesterday was a bunch of different upper body things. i went home that nigh and looked at myself in the mirror. starting to look like a gorilla and i like it.

i just started using nolva, clomid, and exemestane + DAs in pill form too. And Good god is TB 500 amazing.
