Pct help please. Hcg, L-Dex, nolva

    Hey guys,
I'm running a cycle consisting of
    Dbol 30mg 3 weeks
    Sus250 and eq wk 1-12
    Anavar wk6-12
    .
    For pct I have
    Hcg , nolva, L-Dex and proviron .
    .
I'm just getting confused when to administer Hcg?
And how much and how long?
    .
I've done some research and some say use it mid cycle but then others say you have to use nolva with it (throws that idea out as nolva use for pct not while on cycle)
    .
So do I use Hcg last 3 weeks of my cycle?
Or at end of cycle 21days after last injection?consisting of Hcg, nolva and L-Dex.
    .
Not using proviron unless it's recommended by anyone.

    Thanks

Hcg is suppressive to natural lh production.

This means that you should not use hcg during PCT.

Hcg mimics lh in males thus keeping leydig cells functioning.

This results in your natural testosterone production never being completely shut down.

You would benefit most from using hcg from day one of the cycle until 2-3 days before beginning PCT.

It would be a good idea to use sust for a week or two longer than EQ because EQ has a longer washout period.

The products you need for PCT are nolva and clomid.

Imo PCT for your cycle should begin 14-18 days after the last pin of sust and consist of 4 weeks of clomid and 6 weeks of nolva.

    What is L-Dex?

Are you taking an AI on cycle?

Ok thanks for that. I'm 3 weeks into my cycle and won't get my hands on hcg until week 6. Should I not worry about it?
I do have nolva and L-dex meaning arimedex.
I can't get clomid so I got arimedex instead. Not sure of correct spelling.

Based on Numbere's advice, which is spot on, you should begin administering HCG when you get it in 6 weeks. You should stop administering HCG 2-3 days before starting your PCT.

Ok thanks. What dosage would you recommend?
Some say 500iu twice a week among many others.

Get some hcg and begin taking 250IU twice per week ASAP.

    Arimidex (dex) is an AI.

AIs help control estrogen (e2) and are mentioned to be taken from the first day of the cycle right up until starting PCT.

You should begin taking dex every other day.

In order to properly dose an AI and make sure your e2 is within range one needs mid cycle blood work.

You would benefit from obtaining some nolva for PCT.

Clomid and nolva work in synergy together providing you with the best chance of resetting your HTPA.
