Yes, I would run them both as HCG mimics LH production were HMG mimics FSH (follicle stimulating hormone)
HMG contains both LH and FSH I believe,
(There are different versions and I've seen some with just FSH)
But some sample HMG I bought in Jordan states 75IU LH & 75 IU FSH on the package. If so hcg shouldn't be necessary.
So, using HMG on cycle should replace hcg and be much better,
it will after all actually preserve sperm function during cycle.
It is however, much more expensive.
