When will test levels be low? (Enenthate)

I took my last shot of enenthate on January 20th. I was doing about 900 mgs a week. I need to know when i can go get BW done and my levels will be bottomed out (or close to it without waiting much longer) so I can get on trt. It'll be 4 weeks this friday, I was thinking about 4-5 weeks would be appropriate. Also should I have tested besides total and free test?

Coming off 5 year cycle and test levels before were only about 200 mg/dl so trt is pretty much a guarantee. Just need be to show the doc before I can proceed.
