Good PCT for Test E Cycle ?

I need a cycle that will take up a lot of estrogen close to 99% to not close growth plates MOST likely. I cannot find GOOD research, it is just like a theory that it is a high chance .

I have heard that Nolvadex and Clomid is bad for height growth and closes width and height plates.

So I'm thinking of just Arimidex and a HCG.

Hcg ^ study above shows HCG is good for height.

SERMs close growth plates, as far as I know there's no way to prevent them from sealing (or beginning to seal) with PCT.
Aromasin and other AIs are not SERMs, therefore not useful in terms of restoring HPTA.
