    Diet during PCT?

So what should my strategy be during PCT with my diet. Do I keep calories high as to not lose as much of my gains, or do I need to reduce so as to not put on too much fat with the lower testosterone levels ? What is the balance?

As a general rule train shorter but as intense, limit cardio.

Eat more, usually in the way of carbs.

Most people fall off the wagon with their diet as soon as the cycle is over but it's better to diet well off cycle than on but consistently on both is better.

It is good to keep the calories high for a few weeks , then slowly start lowering calories but keeping protein intake high will be good. Always maintain a during PCT, as it will keep in track all the diet process.
