PCT - Help needed

Hi guys. I am 28y old gym bro, 2 years on the dark side...

and this is my story. Would really appriciate your help/advice…

I ran my first ever cycle in 2015 for 12weeks of test enanthat 500mg/week and 30mg/ed winstrol from week 7-12. Had nice gains, but not worth mentioning at this point...

As a PCT after 2 weeks from the last pin i did 4 weeks of nolva 40/20/20/20.

As long as i can remember i felt ok on PCT, but after that i started feeling like shit.

So not to write the long story i will jump to my „problem“. Due to feeling shitty, tired, lack of motivation, loss of strength, fat gain, etc...i jumped back on test e 250ml/week. That was in April 2016, after around 5 months from my PCT.

I have been running it since then. Now i want to go off and this time PROPERLY, couse obviously i did something wrong last time.

I know its bad that i have been running it more than a year now, but well what can i do now, there is no way back in time.

So due to such a long time of using test, i need your advice/help how to come of and set a good PCT.

Have you been running HCG throughout?

Google Mr Scallys power PCT.

You are going to need hCG, Clomid and nolva. And account for some bloodwork 8 weeks after the PCT ends.

thx BiB. I did and i found some contradictive info. Scallys PCT says HCG, nolva and clomid together, and before reading this PCT protocol today I have been reading others PCT protocols where it says that HCG should be used on cycle or in between after last pin and PCT.

I was thinking about maybe lowering my test to half (125mg) and run HCG for 4 weeks and then quit the test and keep the HCG another 2 weeks till i start PCT with nolva and clomid.

Does that make any sense??

I'd start the HCG first then once finished start clomid and nolva.

finally got all the stuff i need to run a PCT, but i was only able to get 5000ui HCG. Does anyone have a good propositon how to measure the right dosage? can i pin hcg together with testo?
