Am I planning a too long pct for my 10w cycle?

Hello.

I've just startet my first pct after my first cycle. I did a very low test e cycle. Test E 250mg e5d and 0.25 arimidex eod, 10 weeks.

I'm only using nolvadex as my pct.

My pct plan is: (nolvadex) 40mg during 14 days followed by 20 mg for 28 days.

I'm currently on day 1 of my pct.

Is this too long of a pct for 250mg testE e5d?
If like 4 weeks is enough, what dosage?

4 weeks should be fine but you should add Clomid 75/50/50/50
