Two completely different things. AI's for estrogen control. Serms for gyno prevention. For hair loss there are certain shampoo's available to help or you can cut out the middleman and run low dose Finasteride at 1mg daily. It's a 5-AR type 2 enzyme inhibitor and can block up to 70% of DHT conversion.
