Looking for PCT suggestions

Hi all. Looking for pointers regarding PCT after 10 week Cyp/Deca cycle. A lot of people suggest Clomid and Nolva. Also been steered towards Arimidex . Just wondering which would be the best route? I plan on starting another cycle afterwards with DBOL and Cyp. Thanks in advance.

Did you take an ai or Hcg on cycle?

I haven't finished it yet I'm trying to figure out PCT before the cycle ends. I plan on taking test C a week or two longer than deca. But no, I haven't taken AI or HCG during the cycle. This is actually my third cycle but the first two were with Sustanon and I didn't know about PCT so have never done it before and my second sustanon cycle ended in October. I definitely felt like garbage without a PCT last time. Trying to do it right this time around.

You really should be running hcg during your cycle hcg 250 is 2 x ew. Run your test 2 weeks longer like you said and then start you pct 14 days after your last test pin. Nolva 40/40/20/20 Clovis 100/50/50/50 you could do 75 the first week if 100 is to much. Take your pct meds at night before bed that way if you get sides you sleep through them

Awesome, thank you so much. Just what I needed to know, I wasn't sure about the hcg , I've read both to take it during and also to take after. Not too late to start now I suppose..

Also, just so that I'm clear on this, it's BOTH, Nolva and Clomid for pct? Lasting 4 weeks total? And 40/40/20/20 is how much to take per day per week?
