Testosterone much too HIGH after PCT

In my penultimate PCT (Test P, Tren A cycle) i used Clomid and Nolva , waited 3 weeks and did a hormone test.
I sadly lost my whole cycle logs. I still know my test levels were out of the scale, i think about 14ng

I did not wait the recommended time (Duration of cycle + PCT) until my next cycle, i guess 1/3 or so too less. Stupid, i know.

Then did a Test E + Tren E cycle for 13 weeks, about 600mg Test and 450mg Tren ew.
Sounds quite harsh, but i had 0 side effects other than night sweats in the middle of the cycle. None.

Then did 2 weeks 50mg Clomid parallel to 1 week 40mg Nolva 3 weeks 20mg Nolva as PCT. (total 4 weeks)

Waited 3 weeks and did a hormone test 3 days ago.
    LH: 11.5mIU/ml
    Prolactin 2.0ng/ml
    Testosterone 13.6ng/ml

    I do not understand....
Why does my test keep on going above baseline direclty after PCT? The second time now.
Is this bad or only a sign of really good recovery?
Does this mean i am ready to cycle again Or are there other resaons to wait the (Lenght of Cycle+Length of PCT) before the next cycle, other than hormone levels?
Want to do Test E and Equipoise next, i feel sorry for the poor liver and Tren is not nearly as powerful on me as it should be.

3 weeks after pct will probably still show the effects of the serms in bloodwork - skewing the numbers.

Getting bloodwork 6-8 weekd after pct is recommended to get accurate values

Like hollow said, you're still hyper-stimulated.
