Test/Var PCT - how crazy should I go?

Hi,

Been lurking around for a few months and now's my first post - my very sincere apology if I managed to fuck up and post in the wrong place. A quick background, I'm 33, been lifting since around 25. I'm planning my first cycle as I see my time window for training shrinking (wife, house, the works). I'm looking at test prop 200mg x 2 weekly over 8 weeks, anavar 60 per day weeks 3-8, aromasin at 12.5mg every two days throughout the cycle, and then one week after the last pinning 4 weeks of nolvadex along with aromasin at a reduced level of maybe 7.5mg/day.

Is a PCT like this something I should seriously consider? Sourcing half pf this stuff is already a bit of a pain but having to pull all of it together from a bunch of different places, having to deal with delivery timings and stuff, possible differences in quality - is it really worth it?

I only ask as a first timer, please keep that in mind

It's one person's opinion, that's all. Their amounts of clomid and nolva are fine. Thing is you don't need aromasin during pct as long as you don't enter into pct with sky high estrogen levels. I'd strongly suggest ordering clomid as it works synergistically with Nolva. Also add in HCG for during your cycle to maintain testicular function and to help with a successful restart.

Great stuff, thank you. I was under the impression clomid/nolva combo was actually bad, need to dig up the source I got that from, but anyways, to your point, I've seen that combo in way more places than I've seen the information on the opposite. So no aromasin before PCT? I'm not sure I'll have access to blood testing mid cycle to track estrogen levels, that's why I sort of preemptively included it for AI from the get-go. I don't plan on running cycles more complicated than test/var, but having said that do you have any other advice, things to look out for?

Clomid combined with Nolva is standard issue. Just take the Clomid at bed time to sleep through any sides.
No aromasin during pct. There should really be no need for it. On cycle sure.
If in the states most (states) allow private blood testing through places such as www.discountedlabs.com or www.privatemdlabs.com. It's suprisingly cheap and you use normal labs such as Labcorp for it.

Advice? Keep it basic until you advance more both physically and with knowledge in this arena. Pretty much grow into your cycles. You'll be fine.

Test prop needs to be shot eod (every other day) not twice per week. If you want twice per week shots get test E or C.
