    AI info help

    Hi all,
I’m fifty, 84kg have trained for the last 18 or so years and I’m planning my first cycle Of Test-E 500ml/wk. I have tamoxifen for my PCT.

    Basically, I'm following the www.steroid.com/Novice-Steroid-Cycles-I.php

However, it does not mention anything about AI’s, so my question is… do I need them?
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Always good to at least have one on hand. Arimidex or aromasin . Add in some hcg to cycle and clomid to pct.

I only have experience with arimidex .
Would definitely have it one hand.
Depending on how high you go with the test, and your genetics, it depends on whether you’ll need it. My guess is that you will need a tiny amount,
or at least feel better using a tiny amount of using 500mg T a week.
(You might not get gyno, but high E2 cause bloating and high BP, among other issues, so you should always have it on hand. I do, even if I can’t get gyno since I’ve ripped off my breast tissue permanently.)
