PCT after prohormone cycle

Hi,
I've two questions:

1. 1. Should I run pct after 3 week epiandrosterone use at dose 300 mg a day.
2. 2. Would an over counter product containing butein (2S)-2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-7-hydroxy-2,3-dihydrochromen-4-one
   2-(3,4-Dihydroxyphenyl)- 5,7-dihydroxy-4-chromenone (marked as estrogen blocker, aromatise inhibitor) be a good choice?
