    tamoxifen during cycle

    ok so as test e starts to kick in next 1/2 week im going to start using 10mg nolva ed just to block receptors as im not planning to lower my estrogen, im gonna get e2 mid cycle and looking to keep it higher end to keep strength/size gains going up..
    just to stay safe around the chest area, is this ideal?

    Most people prefer an AI like anastrozole because it, systematically, reduces the negative effects of the increase in estrogen.
