Confusion about PCT for test e only cycle

Hi all, so im 8 weeks into my 13 week cycle of 600mg per week of test e. Currently put on 18.5kg. Strength increased by about 50%. I have had years of training in the past, so half these results are probably due to muscle memory, aswell as no prior training before cycle ,and no work = plenty of time for sleep and food preparation. Constantly putting on 2kg a week.
Was originally taking arimidex .25mg E0D, though due to extra bloating around stomach, swollen ankles, and slighlty fat lower chest,have increased to .5mg E0D and it has since alleviated all these issues nicely..mircale drug! haha..
Anyways as for my question..im confused if i need both nolva and clomid for pct? Some forums recommend nolva only, others both clomid and nolva..so are both needed? Advice on doses under my curcumstances aswell would be nice please.

Yes, it’s beneficial to run both. Start 14 days after your last injection

Clomid at 75mg a day for the first week, and Nolvadex at 40mg a day for the first week
then drop down to 50mg of clomid and 20mg of Nolvadex for the next 3 weeks.

Running HCG at 250mg every 3.5 days DURING your cycle would be beneficial next time.

And tacking on a couple extra weeks of nolva @ 20mg ed wouldn’t hurt.

I was under the impression that the typical PCT for a 12 week cycle was:

Clomid: 50/50/25/25
Nolva: 40/20/20/20

This is assuming HCG use on cycle.
I was personally going to add an extra week at half the doses of week 4 for my first PCT. Is this line of thinking wrong?

Drop the clomid at week 4. Continuing the nolva another couple weeks at 20mg is just fine.

Starting the clomid at 75 or 50mg is something that guys decide on after they evaluate how they respond to it. Some guys experience undesirable sides with clomid in the 100-75mg dose. That’s something you’ll have to figure out for yourself. If you do, just drop the dose, but you need to run both for an optimal PCT.

This is a life long commitment.

Trt and short blasts. Than trt again.

Why loose it all?

And IDGAF who says they keep it.

Cycle + pct and a year later back to square one. F dat.

If you younger guys can't commit to that, then put the needle down and flush the orals

Don't most people go back on cycle 16-18 weeks later?

I agree that B&C is the better route in general, but I'm personally keeping my options open for the future

Ok thanks guys,ive currently got oned week left, then the 2 week gap before pct. So far put on 22kg, these last few weeks have minized fat intake,so hardly put on any weight,though have definately dropped a couple % of body fat,so kinda have lost fat and put on some muscle at the same time which is interesting..

Should i still run arimidex in that 2 week gap?

And why is it a good idea to run nolva for an extra couple weeks, and drop the clmoid after 3 weeks OdinsOtherSon ?

Better make sure your nutrition program is dialed in otherwise you are going to be in for a rude awakening when 4-6 weeks after PCT you are back to where you started before cycled. We have a diet&Nutrition section of the forums that is chalk full of valuable information.

why the fear mongering? It's not a bad idea to come off steroids, not everyone wants to marry the needle and cruise forever.

There is nothing wrong with coming off. I don't know which of my points caused you to infer that you should stay on. Never said to blast and cruise.

The only statement I made, was that if your nutrition program is not up to snuff then you will lose your gains. therrefore, you could take advantage of our nutrition section of the forums to educate and maximize your cycle during Pct

You can also try proviron 100/100/50/50 (alone) for your pct. In my opinion it's a really good stuff. But be careful that you get Schering's not the fake gear.
