So i did a primo cycle for 11 weeks and did only 3 weeks 100 mg nolva PCT. Before cycle my T levels where at 22 nmol/L now they are at 11 nmol/L . Already talked to the endo she says TRT with nebido, but before that i wanna try a real PCT i have pharma grade Clomid and Nolva. What do you guys recommend

I heared best time for drugs is before bed, nolva makes you feel like shit.
Do you have LH/FSH values? These are important and can indicate whether the issue is pituitary or testical related. Either way, running another pct is viable. Either protocol you listed is generally fine. No, do not add HCG unless you run it ahead of the serms as taken at the same time is counter-productive. Nolva is fine anytime it's clomid you want to take at bedtime.

So your LH is slightly higher post cycle yet your T is half of what it was before. It makes it seem as if your testicals are not responding properly, yet. Look into the Scally PCT protocol which starts with HCG followed by serms. It may be prudent in your case.
