Painful acne

Any real remedies out there for bad back and chest acne? About 4 weeks since I ended pct for a 13 week 700mlg sustanon 350 cycle. 40 year old male. Thanks

Salicylic Acid.

exfoliant-salicylic acid
Bacteriostatic-chlorohexadine or peroxide in addition to regular soap
Bactriocidal-an antibiotic, doxycycline 100mg twice a day for 30-90 days (90 is best) and stay out of the sun the whole time

If you do pop any of them, immediately wipe the area with an alcohol swab.
