HCG Method Options
Alright so I'm hoping to get some feedback on incorporating hcg into my cycle. I did plan to run it the entire cycle but it was running late, I got antsy and pulled the trigger early so I'm on my 5th week and it's in now but only 1 bottle. I'm also going to Mexico week 17 now, originally planned to run 16weeks of just test e at 500mgs a week. I've got some advice from gym buddies but looking to check in here for a few options I am considering. Testes have shrunk about an eight to a quarter in size.
1) Run 500iu a week last 10 weeks of cycle up until the day I leave for Mexico along with last test pin. Float nothing for 7 days in Mexico, and first week back, start standard nolva/clomid 4 week pct.
2)Pin 500mg of test day before leaving (750mg that week) , return and pin standard 250 twice that week making cycle 18weeks with that 1 week in Mexico where I may get a couple workouts in. Start HCG blast method 500iu a day starting 4 days after last pin for 10days up until first day of pct same Nolva/clomid combo for 4 weeks.
Also a little unsure of AI usage during this time. I was taking. 5mg on pin days until I read some solid posts and studies on here about the anabolic effects of estrogen so I stopped taking it unless I see the need. I have however read some stuff about taking it in the 14 days between pin and pct to prevent estrogen rebound while test is plummeting.

For starters - I would never listen to people at the gym for advice - and I would never talk about gear at the gym, least of all in the Toronto area.
Run the HCG at 500 IU starting now. 7 days is too soon for PCT after the last Test E shot . You are going to need a solid training and nutrition strategy otherwise your whole cycle may as well go out the window.
Use it as a learning opportunity to not cycle around a vacation and don't start a cycle until everything is in your hands.I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

Thanks for the advice I do appreciate it but a few things
By gym buddies I meant good friends I have grown up with for years and have been supporting eachother. Not some dudes at the gym, I get that, wrong wording.
Both options have pct starting at 14 days after, not 7 if that isn't clear.
I'm confused where the training and nutrition strategy comment is coming from? Both have been going extremely well and I plan to continue on through pct and further to retain my hard earned muscle. I don't drink heavily and may only have a night or two of some drinking while away but for the most part will still be training and eating(probably eating more). My only issue is with transporting the substances.
I didn't plan to goto Mexico when I started the cycle, I had actually mixed up the dates prior, yes a mistake on my part. Not having my hcg in hand when starting was something I own though but was a risk I took knowing it was close.
Anyway like I said thanks for the advice. So run the 500iu of hcg up until last pin in week 16. Hit Mexico for a week, return for a week than start pct. No HCG in the 2 weeks between last pin and PCT?

CanadaPost has a lot of rotating strikes, one of the gambles.
What I mean by a solid nutrition and training plan is don't drink like a fish, figure out a strategy to hit macros when you aren't cooking your own food, see what gym facilities are available, if weights don't go high have a high volume program in place etc.
Basically you don't wanna have a free for all / frenzy when you are there between buffets, open bar, etc. Moreso important as you will be transitioning to PCT where it's make or break on the gains you keep.

Ah I got you sorry I misunderstood. But yeah hence my thoughts to hit the double dose of test the day before I leave then pin 250 x 2 the week I return THEN PCT. 18weeks pushes it to a pretty damn long cycle for my first though...

Ya I got you on that one, not something I'm gonna do hence trying to sort a plan out around that week. So heres the plan:
6-16 HCG 250iu 2x a week
18-22 PCT Nolva/Clomid combo
