By gym buddies I meant good friends I have grown up with for years and have been supporting eachother. Not some dudes at the gym, I get that, wrong wording.
Both options have pct starting at 14 days after, not 7 if that isn't clear.
I'm confused where the training and nutrition strategy comment is coming from? Both have been going extremely well and I plan to continue on through pct and further to retain my hard earned muscle. I don't drink heavily and may only have a night or two of some drinking while away but for the most part will still be training and eating(probably eating more). My only issue is with transporting the substances.
I didn't plan to goto Mexico when I started the cycle, I had actually mixed up the dates prior, yes a mistake on my part. Not having my hcg in hand when starting was something I own though but was a risk I took knowing it was close.
Anyway like I said thanks for the advice. So run the 500iu of hcg up until last pin in week 16. Hit Mexico for a week, return for a week than start pct. No HCG in the 2 weeks between last pin and PCT?
