    Simple Nolvadex question

    I have a simple question.
Since Nolvadex (Tamoxifen ) raises LH and FSH levels and therefore testosterone levels , does it also increase testicular size?
In other words, can Nolvadex reverse testicular atrophy after a cycle if you have not taken HCG during that cycle?
Tell me yours in your experience, thank you.

The short answer is yes (over time).
Without getting into too much detail and assuming your system is all good to go and able to recover, once your testes start producing testosterone again, you will notice them going back to normal size slowly.
I have also used HCG as a pre PCT at 500iu/day for 10 days and it made things much much easier! My testes were more responsive during PCT and regained a good portion of their size by the time I finished using the HCG (before starting PCT).
However, because I don't like seeing my testes shrinking and because of the damage it could cause, I just use HCG during cycle at 500iu twice per week now.
You should definitely add clomid to your PCT as it works in synergy with Nolvadex .

More than 1 year ago I ran a cycle with DHT and gave me testicular atrophy.
During all this time I didn't take anything anymore but my testicles didn't recover their previous size.
Moreover, since 1 year I have always had a constant dull testicular pain.
HCG mimics LH action and can increase testicular size and reverse atrophy but it doesn't seem to be a good choice because once you stop HCG, since it suppresses your LH and FSH, your testicles shrink again and your T drops worse than before HCG...

I wonder if low doses of Nolvadex like 5mg ED, raising LH and FSH levels can permanently reverse testicular atrophy.

You'd be running HCG during a cycle so there's nothing to suppress. Your endogenous LH/FSH production is already bottomed out due to AAS. PCT then helps to restore your LH/FSH production at an accellerated rate. When it comes to testicular size, there's never a guarantee it comes back. As long as they function properly that's all that matters.

So what do you suggest I do, man?
Taking Nolvadex in low doses that increases LH and FSH, can it increase my testicles?

First thing I'd do is pull blood work to check LH/FSH levels. If they're fine and in range I'd do nothing. Over time and without suppression some size may return. Quick back story. A decade ago when I first discovered I was testosterone deficient it was due to a pituitary adenoma (tumor). I don't know how long I was suppressed but my T level was a 59.

After initiating TRT, initially without HCG then with. I never really regained any testicular size. It happens. Does it matter, no. Who's measuring right? Again, some will regain size, some won't.

Tomorrow I'll run a blood test.
I have found these two studies on Nolvadex .
It seems to have negative effects on the testicles and instead of increasing their size it seems to decrease them.
    What do you think?

First one deals with pre-pubescents. Not relative imho.
Second is way to brief for my liking. Know that serms (nolva/clomid) basically trick the hypothalamus into thinking there's little to no estrogen thus ramping up production of LH/FSH which then increases T production downstream and ultimately estrogen via T to E conversion.

You are over-thinking all of this. Get the blood work and post it up.

Though nothing will beat a good prescription combo, before I started the clomid, I used longjack. Keep in mind that I was likely suffering from secondary hypogonadism and had just been ill, so my situation is different than yours. That said, after about a week of 200mg 3x week, I was like 'uh, what the frack? my boys are much larger now.' I'll detail my experiences with OTC products elsewhere (yeah, I think I've said that since I joined) but suffice to say I was impressed with this one in this particular case.

PS - I think LJ is part of some OTC PCT products but if you have the prescription drugs, you can't do better.
Wow, has Tongkat Ali LJ increased your balls' size permanently?
You didn't need to take clomid?

I get it, but does this ramping up production of LH/FSH and T, also result in an increase in testicular size?

in your experience clomid has reversed testicular atrophy or in any way increased testicles?

Have to wait and see. Size and function are two completely different things here.

In short, yes it has caused an increase in testicular size but not beyond pre hypogonadism size.

In shorter, I wouldn't expect giant nads from clomid (or much of anything).

I don't know if I covered all the bases there LOL but that's what I know.

But even if you did not utilize clomid and depended only on time for hpta restoration, ultimately endogenous production would probably have had the same result. Although who has the patience....

I know most people don't use Clomid as HRT but it seems to be working well for me.

And I have now officially talked way more about testicles than I ever thought I would
Yep, it is a little nuts.

Ahh, forgot that you were a TRT-er! Changes everything. Doesn't matter what most use as long as it works for you and you feel good. I started with gels like so many do but eventually they would not sustain the level I wanted. I don't miss them at all....
