    Extra supplements going into PCT?

    Ok so today was my last pin. 2 weeks then I’ll start my first proper pct.
    The only supps I take atm are protein powder and nac (when I remember).
    I’m thinking to get glutamine. I thought about creatine but then decided against??

    Anything else recommended?

    Creatine would be good to help muscles stay full of glucogen.

    Other than that, of course a multi vitamin and some good dose of D².

    Also maybe some EPA supps like CLA or fish oils

    more important is diet . UP your protein intake, lower your carb intake, and stay in a calorie surplus. the reason for upping the protein is because your body will lose its ability to retain nitrogen at elevated levels and be super efficient with protein like while on cycle (so your going to need more protein coming in to make up for that). the reason for lowering carbs is because your body will no longer be able to super compensate glycogen retention and use as much carbs within muscle like it can when androgen levels are high. so your carb requirements go down. to make up any difference if there is a calorie loss by doing this then simply add in some healthy fats.

    Whats trib? And yeah I thought I’d get some viagra, just to have on hand lol..

    I think then ill start adding creatine and bcaa to my shakes. Plus I’ll up the fats and proteins..
    I’m defiantly eating less carbs than I shuld be, I’m a sucker for abs and I started seeing the lines so I’ve lowered them already :s
