Last day of PCT was yesterday I followed the protocol exactly as outlined in the first cycle post. I havent trained in 2 weeks, last time I did was legs and I thought I was gonna die 30% of the way through my regular leg routine. Dying for air, dizzy and after a few sets of squats and deads just completely fatigued. I've also been feeling cold, and I'm never cold! Then I get random hot flashes throughout the day. My gains are mostly down the drain at this point.... what went wrong and where do I go from here??
