    Affirms using tribulus terrestris and Maca, for me it did not work

    A guy I know of 47 years of age did tests at the endocrinologist, and gave the following results

    I think what you are trying to say here is that these herbs didn't help your friend. But it looks like you only have one set of test results (if I'm reading this accurately and it is a bit hard to make sense of). You can't compare before and after if you only have after.

    The reality is that when pretty much any OTC supplement does work to boost test, there is an underlying problem. In otherwise healthy individuals, they have little to no measurable effect.
