HCG during cycle

Okay, so i’ve started my cycle of 500mg test e weekly, and have been doing 500iu of hcg weekly as well. I’ve read a lot on these forums that they start HCG mid way through there cycle, some run it at the end, some run it at the start. I want to know what is the BEST way to run it. According to my research, is run it from the start of your cycle right up until you start PCT, can anyone give me some clarification here?

and yes i have read the beginner cycle guide but i’ve also read the hcg guide on pct and it start start week 6

You would start your HCG on wk one and end your HCG at the end of your cycle along with your test.

So

Wk 1-12 test
Wk 1-12 HCG
