Hcg and dull ache in testes

So I couldn't find much info on this site about this, recently after pinning hcg I have a full ache in my testes . I am on cycle and only pin hcg twice a week. I've used hcg before on a more regular basis just looking for some input to see if this is normal.

Testicular pain isn't uncommon with some shrinkage. You could try bumping your hcg to your regular / previous dosage and see if that helps.

Good idea but it only happens hours after I pin hcg So I figured it was due to them getting back to normal size.

Try switching to EOD dosing and see if that prevents the shrinkage in the first place. That is, maintaining even levels will likely keep size stable and prevent pain.

Note that 500iu per week is sort of a minimum for hcg , closer to 1000iu per week will replicate your "natural" production levels.
