46 YO coming off Low Does Test Enth/Cyp for 18 months.
Honestly........I'm wondering if it's a waste of time to try coming off at this point at my age or if I may as well just starting looking into legit TRT? I've been running 125mg from Nov-June and 250mg from June-Oct. I was gonna run Pheednos extended cycle PCT and also also have HCG on hand if needed. I've got this thing in my head that my body needs a break but maybe I'm just way off base with that. My blood work is always fine but I'm tired of weekly pins and never ending estrogen control. That said....from more experienced minds....has the ship sailed basically?

If you are tired of weekly pins, trt isn't the way to go.
If you are pinning once a week, then you may be causing the estrogen issues you are tired of dealing with. Try pinning 2x per week and see if that smooths things out.
At 46, you are in the age range where trt becomes a thing. You have been on trt for about a year, so maybe it isn't a big deal to make the official jump.
If you really don't like pinning, take a look at 20% compounded testosterone cream. It is effective, though brings a lot of DHT.

Thanks for the reply Cylon. I know a lot of guys (actually a few) that do TrT with all kinds of weird shot durations. Once a few weeks, once a month, but I'm not sure what they're all doing. That said it's way more the Estro and taking Tamox constantly that's annoying. I'll research your suggestion. I just want to be sure I'm being safe for the long haul if I'm in for the long haul.

I'm currently doing 125mg per week in 2 subq shots, .25ml each. I COULD go slightly higher subq, but much more than 150mg per week would either need IM or a 3rd shot.
I'm also doing between 750 and 1000iu hcg divided among 3 subq shots. I don't have blood work on this precise protocol, but do on the cream protocol with hcg. TBH, if it wasn't for all the DHT, I would probably do TRT with the cream and blast with injectables.

I couldn’t imagine my life without trt. Is it really that much of a hassle to shoot 100mg through an insulin syringe ? Benefits far outweigh the bad if u ask me. Takes 5 mins to pin and thats warming the oil up .

Man I must be waaaay outta the game. I need to read up. I didn't know I could inject any gear subq. Just don't know that much about straight up TrT dsubs. Strategies. I've just considered this a long term low dose cycle but they'll all been 25g intramuscular pins. Doesn't bother me but it would be easier to go subq twice a week, yes.

We all have our reasons I suppose
TrT kept my body together through the toughest times
I met an older fella(60 or so) at my blood donation place a few months back. He actually injected subQ daily. That’s what how it’s prescribed to him. He said it’s the only way he felt well - and, actually felt great when he got it dialed in. I think, he said 20mg daily - but, I’m not 100%
I have been doing weekly injections of sustanon & deca for years. And, I felt spot on - I just recently came off & going through a crash PCT trying to get the wife pregnant. . . Otherwise I would have not changed a thing - I felt excellent on my regimen of 175mg of Sust & 90mg of Deca + daily 25mg of Proviron . . . I have been feeling like I did when I was 18 for the last two years at these doses. I added the deca about 1.5 years back for joint support - my total test came back at about 1.2k, estro I was high in the low triple digits

Sub-q has become a thing for TRT doses. I probably wouldn't inject some things sub-q (like maybe tren or some high concentration gear, etc) but I have had success with both test C and masteron E sub-q, both in GSO. A lot depends on carrier oil and personal response. I use 27g to draw and inject, though I do back fill insulin pins so the new needle is nice and sharp!
Technically, you COULD inject just about anything sub-q, it just might not be the best idea for some stuff. For test, it either slows the absorption or speeds it up, depending on who you talk to lol! And when I get to blast level doses, I will almost certainly be doing some IM, but I'm not there right now.

I'm astonished that I'm just learning this haha. I'll definitely start cruising low dose sub q and see how I feel. I've got piles of slin pins for melanotan. I'll give it go. I just always assumed it had to go IM. Thanks for the info.

A 25-27 ga pin IM isn’t bad at all imo
I didn’t have a great experience trying subQ

27 ga .5" pin is my go to for TRT or low volume gear at no more than 1cc. Don't even feel the pin.
Doesn't matter if it's part SQ, IM or a combination of both, it all absorbs.
If E2 is way too high consider lowering your dose a little or increasing the frequency of injections like Cylon referenced. Most guys are better with E2 being a little over range.
Judge your testosterone by your free T, not your total T. Free is what works for you.

If you hate frequent pining Test Undecanoate is an option as a every 14 days pin. But it needs to be IM.

This is new to me aswell. I'm using 23g 32mm and getting sick of it.
Can an insulin pin be used for test e or p and NPP.
Also where can I inject as I went with glutes for the 32mm.
Thanks for you help guys.
