There is a lot of replicas and fake HGH from China and Turkey and although replicas work as generic never could be compared to how works the original ones... also it's a scam if you are paying for originals and you got replicas but there is an easy way to identify it just by taking a first look, the powder of fakes and replicas always look too compact.
