I am not answer for the source. What I can tell u is that the only way to know if your test is good is by testing it or pinning and seeing what happens.

Kinda odd that it has 1997-2015 and then exp. Date on 2016 on it though. (I have never used that ugl sooo not sure on it)

Looks good to me... I've used them b4 multiple times - it seems this go they have changed carrier oils too - much smoother!

I've used them a lot in the past had great results but the main guy gave it up but they're back on track now I've been getting good feedback from the friends I know running it!
