OMFG I've seen him in many shows before but I NEVER saw him this big. He looks absolutely ginormous, which is extremely impressive since he is an ectomorph like me! He definitely looked better than Ronnie

Flex had unbelievable size for 230 or 240lbs. He was almost the Arnold of today with regards to genetics being above everyone elses.

he had what amounts to a perfect body. With the exception of his calves, he epitomized perfection. I suppose losing to mass monsters like dorian or ronnie who had backs that made his look comparably weak was frustrating, but why use the damn stuff in his delts?

egads. I like his columns in the musclerag though, he gets along and has a rapport with the athletes. very cool.

He used a ton of synth in his calves plus used it quite a bit in other muscles. But most pros use that stuff.
