I've seen this dude on stage and he look terrible.

You do not realize that it is far more harder for taller frames to build muscle mass.

Smaller BB'rs have an advantage over larger BB'rs on being able to build volume that is proportionate to thier bodies ALOT easier than larger BBr's. The drawback is when they compete, judges tend to look at the heavyweights overall. Its unfortunate for guys like Priest.

Anyway, building those arms on a 6'5 frame is HUGE accomplishment. Personally i think the guy lacks symetry. No offence, just not in his genetics.

Here is a small but effective technique for filling in those hard spots like between the bicep and the elbow. I learned this from a PT and it's been working pretty decently for me.

All you do is after a hard lifting session, stretch your arms straight out in front of you like you are doing preacher curls (straight arms, clenched fists, palms up) and flex the bicep while keeping your arms as straight as possible. Hold for 5 seconds, then relax. Do that 10 times after every bicep workout (or whatever muscle you are trying to extend) and eventually the muscle will begin to elongate! Sounds weird but it works!

ya i was laughing at that also. ronnie is what 5'10" or 5'11" and competes at around 300 lbs that is so much freaking muscle mass. i was reading some of Sean's bio's and it says he does not like to get to heavy and tries to come in between 290 and 300 and at 6'5" he will never look as big as Ronnie on stage.
