    david henry up and coming!!!

    David henry gets bigger and bigger every time i see him. look at his legs he put some good mass on there and his width is excellent! hes got good quality muscle, hopefully the future will be very rewarding for him!

    disappointing placement at the ironman. A top 5 Olympia qualifier, and he placed 6th. I was at the show...Silvio Samuel looked on POINT!!

    yeah they are from the iron man, hope he does well in the olympia, him and victor hopefully do some damage.
