What do you think of this powerlifter?

Hi all,
I would appreciate if you could find a minute to take a look at the video here and let me know what you think

I'm new to powerlifting, and just can't figure out whether this guy is legitimate or there's something wrong with him. What's your opinion?

I dont understand what you are asking, it's just a guy benching and doing incline db press. Are you asking if you think the weight he is lifting is actually real? I think it is.

nothing 'wrong' with him in that vid, but he doesnt appear to be insanely strong, 450lbs isnt a massive bench, its very good, but i know afew people who can do that for afew good sets, and they arent even powerlifters.

i concur.. i know smaller people who can lift more..
he is a VERY large boy though.

Well, what is this forum to me ? Long story now llol its been many diff things. the most important id say that it helped me to free myself from someone and also allowed me to meet Xouph, who is responsible for turning me into a trance event monster haha

More seriously yeah, thx Xouph thx to you I had :

- and so many things ..

And .. to be honnest, I like this forum coz I feel free here lool and .. last but not least .. Elucidate RULZ
